Body structure: The lightweight yet highly rigid monocoque body structure hepls ensure responsive driving performance with excellent stability. additional anti-chip coating helps protect rocker panels.

Suspension: The AVANZA's susp;ension system delivers excellent all round handling and ride comfort, with well-proven MacPherson struts in front and 4-link coil springs with a lateral rod in the rear.

ABS & brakes: ABS (Anti-lock Bracking System) helps prevemt wheel-lock in sudden situations, adding to steering performance. 12-inch front discs ate backed up by 8-inch rear drums, for smooth, excellent stopping perfomance. Multi-reflector headlamps offer best-in-class driver visibility. An LED high-mount stop lamp is easily visible to following drivers. Rear-window defoggers and wipers improve rear visibility in inclement weather. Large, elecrical remote control-type outer mirrors improve rear visibility. 3-point ELR seatbelts are available for 2nd-row outer seats and 3rd-row seats. (Seatbelts are available for all 7 occupants.) 3rd-row headrears are designed for an unobstructed rear view.
